  **RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNERS REPLY*** My package that I was returning was not from Amazon at all! Before responding you may have wanted to start with an apology for the tape issue that your establishment has. I continued to the Lake Forest location in Sanford today and my package was handled with care and a smile. I actually just read a review left by another patron from 2 weeks ago who also left a 1 star review for the same issue and you are still willing to allow this to be an ongoing issue at your company instead of making the change so that you can have happy patrons. I don’t understand it. And no apology to that patron either. **ORIGINAL REVIEW 12/23/25** I just walked into this UPS location to return an item for shipping. A small package package may I advise. The gentleman behind the counter proceeded to tell me that if he placed a piece of tape on the package that they have a new policy and it would be 1.59!! For a small strip of tape! I was appalled. Whoever the owner of this particular location is they should be ashamed of themselves. We are patronizing your store and this is not good service.

  Store is very clean and organized. Kayla and Syed were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I recommend this UPS Store!

  Horrible service went twice and yes some people are nice there but others aren’t. Just to ask for a piece of tape not even a roll or a lot a lil inch piece of tape to secure my tape on top they won’t give it and will charge you money for alil piece of tape !!! That’s crazy to me they would want people to pay for one piece to seal a tab down. That’s not good customer service even more when they can just ripped one from they tape gun. Other ups store have no problem doing so in the other Sanford location. This should be added to have good customer service. People shouldn’t have to pay for one small piece of tape, I can understand if I was taping an ope product but it wasn’t open it was already closed up with tape just alil piece for a paper.
