    I've been coming to this location for the last 4 1/2 years great group of people, friendly helpful they would laugh together. I don't know what has happened, but recently the tension in that building is palpable. I am a nearby business and have a daily pick up for FedEx. But if a customer calls after the pick up has left, I will come in with a package maybe three times a week. I go in and I will wait in line to have my package scanned. I just need to hear the beep. Say hello ask how their days were and leave with a goodbye and see you tomorrow or see you soon. The change in the store when I walk in with my package, a short woman with very very light maybe white hair behind the counter collars from the back if I have a label, scan it Yourself. I don't think I've ever seen her smile. I don't even think she's made eye contact. It's sad really, evidently a new manager(s) now that the store is discouraging customer contact and interaction.

But Chris completely turned my day around. From the moment I walked in, his upbeat personality and great sense of humor instantly lifted my mood. He was warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was how patient he was—never rushing me, and even reminding me to take my time. That simple kindness made all the difference. He went above and beyond to assist me, and I genuinely left the store in a much better mood than when I walked in. The rest of the staff seemed equally cheerful and helpful with other customers, which speaks volumes about the team environment here. To the general manager: This is the kind of employee who turns first-time visitors into loyal customers. He represented your store with excellence, empathy, and professionalism. THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE ✨ His ability to connect with people, solve problems, and uplift others is worth rewarding. Thank you again, Chris. You were a godsend today—and truly, you da real MVP! 🙌
