  The customer service at this location is nonexistent. Going here and speaking to the assistant manager was such a frustrating experience, especially when they have a God complex and refuse to help customers in any way. I had a package that was a gift for my son originally routed to my brother’s house to keep it a surprise. After missing the delivery, I had it rerouted to this FedEx location. What a mistake! My husband went there on Saturday to pick it up and used his ID. His name was not on the package, it was my name on the package, but they had no issue giving him the package even though the names didn’t match. However, the package was too big and we needed to bring a truck so we had them hold it and I came back today to pick it up. When I came back today, I did not have my ID on me. I left it at my house, but I had a picture of my ID as well as my brother there with his ID which had the correct shipping address on it. They refused to give me the package. I told them I have a picture of my driver’s license front and back right here, I have the tracking number, I have the invoice of the purchase and I have my brother’s ID with the address listed on it. They refused and were arguing with us. Then the assistant manager was trying to say that unless my name and address were the same as on the package, she wouldn’t give it to me at all. I told her the name and address will never match because I wasn’t having it delivered to my house. I was having it delivered to my brother‘s house as a surprise and she was talking nonsense. She then walked this back and said it would be fine if she just had my ID. They have no idea what they’re doing. They’re just looking for ways to say no.They have no incentive to help customers and seems like they take pleasure in saying no and changing the rules. How come on Saturday you were going to give it to my husband without the correct name or address, but today you couldn’t give it to me or my brother with an ID with the correct address and picture of an ID with the correct name? Absolutely ridiculous. Now, I have to come back a third time and who knows what rules they will make up next!!

  Says they’re open until 6. Wasted my time and gas just to get there and for them to be closed at 5.

  I went there last night about half an hour before closing because I had several urgent things to take care of before sending mail. I made sure to arrive before closing time since I was in a rush. When I tried to return a package, the manager told me I needed to create an account and print a return label. I was actively trying to complete the process, but it wasn’t working. Instead of helping properly, she kept giving different steps and then told me it wouldn’t go out that night and that I should come back the next day. I’m confident it would not have taken much extra time to print the label and send it. It felt like she just wanted to wrap things up early rather than provide proper service. To make it worse, they started vacuum cleaning well before the actual closing time, which made it clear they were rushing customers out. Overall, very poor customer service.

  I've been coming to this location for the last 4 1/2 years great group of people, friendly helpful they would laugh together. I don't know what has happened, but recently the tension in that building is palpable. I am a nearby business and have a daily pick up for FedEx. But if a customer calls after the pick up has left, I will come in with a package maybe three times a week. I go in and I will wait in line to have my package scanned. I just need to hear the beep. Say hello ask how their days were and leave with a goodbye and see you tomorrow or see you soon. The change in the store when I walk in with my package, a short woman with very very light maybe white hair behind the counter collars from the back if I have a label, scan it Yourself. I don't think I've ever seen her smile. I don't even think she's made eye contact. It's sad really, evidently a new manager(s) now that the store is discouraging customer contact and interaction.
