  I had some urgent paperwork to print out and the person at the counter was so helpful helping me figure out whether to use the computer or the big printer and didn’t rush me even though I was there right before closing. Very helpful and great customer service!

  When I drive out of my way to get here at 12:50pm and the sign says the hours are 10am til 5pm I don’t expect them to be closed. Typical FedEx Sanford B.S.

  FedEx as a whole is so inconvenient, for a package I purchased they would not allow me or the vendor I purchased it from to cancel the signature required. I had to have it shipped to the 3653 S Orlando Dr, Sanford, FL 32773, United States location. They took an extra day to get it there after telling me originally when it would arrive. I’m now here trying to pick my package up at 2:08pm, the store is closed until 2:30 pm. Sign right in front says they are open from 10-5pm. FedEx in my opinion sucks.

  Extremely slow service - perhaps they need more personnel. Eric does a great job thank you for your help- ,they just need an additional person versus only 1.

  I'm from out of state and recently visited this fedex located inside of walmart. Sadly my brother passed away, and I was on a one day tight schedule to create poster pictures, and memory cards. The store manger Alicia was so professional, so kind, caring and helpful during this stressful situation. She helped me, and walked me through a-z. I was so stressed and on a tight schedule, she made everything happen, she helped fix my design of my brothers prayer cards. Everything was ready for pick up the next day. So thank you so much for your help. Lots of professionallism from this location.
