She refused to accept my package sent to me from another Post office because of for no other reason but to be just miserable. It was Christmas and although she had the power and the policies to accept it she chose to be a Scrooge and didn't. Not only was I not able to open my sister's gift on Christmas, but I had to repay to reship it. I'm just glad I'm not her. Oh well, Happy holidays everyone.
