Every single time I am there and he is interacting with a CUSTOMER he acts as if everyone is beneath him. I will gladly inconvenience myself to drive 20 minutes to go to the next closest location because that dude is something else. Oh and it’s the guy waving in the google picture
- SBS BeebeSep 30, 20251.0Worst customer service, walk up to the counter and get ignored while they start to look for a missing notebook then the phone rings so instead of waiting on the next in line I continue to get ignored while he proceeds to answer questions and look up stiff on the computer. Many other establishments would realize the customer standing in front of you is priority over any phone call and would have answered please hold and helped next in line!
