If I could give a minus star, I would. This store customer service is going down by the minute. Last week, I walked in to ask what happened to a package that was supposed to be delivered to a customer. They told me they sent the package and it went to usps and that was that. So if I buy a tabel from UPS (Ground Saver), UPS is not responsible for the package. Not really, my customer never received the package. Today, I went and I was next in line. The UPS guy decided to take two people that came after me and didnt even look at me. REALLY?!!!! I will most probably send my packages with another carrier. UPS, you are not the only carrier!

This team is phenomenal. I’ve used a lot UPSstores cities to ship things for work, personally and of course to return packages. Some UPS stores nickel and dime you for every small thing - I’ve even I’ve been charged before for adding a single strip of tape to a box in other previous stores. Right or wrong this team is always willing to help and although they of course charge for the necessities, they don’t nickel and dime you over every little thing, and they’re always eager to help you find the most economical way of shipping something. I visited the store today and Jim was lovely. He helped me fit my items into the box that I had instead of having to purchase a larger box. It’s these little gestures that make me loyal to this location even though there are some other locations that are more convenient throughout my week. They’re pleasant to deal with, they’re helpful and treat you the way that you would treat your family or friend if they were shipping something. When I asked so I can give a review Jim shared this QR code, but he said feel free to list other people’s names who have helped you, when I asked for his name. That humble selflessness is just rare to find him worth mentioning in our world that’s become so transactional.

I have dealt with UPS stores since their inception.. I currently have a mail box with other stores and have had little to no problems. This store is a cluster. They closed our mailbox due to an issue with an ID. My wife went in to resolve the issue, left another form of ID and her phone number. They said that they would resolve the issue and 3 months later we found out that the box is still not active. So all our mail has been returned to sender and we paid for a box that we cannot use. They refuse to refund the fees for the time we did not use the box. Really poor customer service.

Yesterday, we tried to get a document notarized at UPS, but the notary had already left. We were told to come back anytime between 10 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. Today, we showed up at 5:50 p.m., well within that window, since the store closes at 6 p.m. After waiting briefly in line, we requested the notary again. The younger man working the front I’d estimate mid-20s to early 30s immediately got an attitude, saying it was “5:55” and implying we were a problem for arriving five minutes before closing which wasn’t even true. The notary, thankfully, was professional and had no issue helping us. Meanwhile, the younger guy kept mouthing off, giving us attitude for simply showing up before closing time. This wasn’t just unprofessional it was unacceptable. We were following the instructions given, and the fact that this employee was so dismissive is something I hope management is seriously disappointed by. No customer should be treated like an inconvenience when arriving on time.
