She claimed she couldn't do it and insisted I fill out the paperwork all over again. All she had to do was verify my address and ID, and that would have been it. I immediately went to another USPS location, and it literally took me longer to drive there than it took them to help me. Do not come to this location; they definitely need to replace the incompetent staff in customer service.
