- VHVin HansenApr 3, 20265.0I didn’t get the woman’s name working but it’s about 10 am on 4/3/26 but she was easily the most helpful post office employee I’ve ever met. I was very confused sending basketball cards and she helped me about 3 times lol !

I dropped off a package in person, asked the young lady if I could double check my insurance and received a receipt. It’s been almost three weeks with no activity, the only update was that usps was in possession at this post office. The manager was of no help and gave me an internal report with a completely different tracking number on it and told me to disregard that detail. Very suspicious behavior!

It smells of rampid mold and mildew which is obviously a major problem from the rented air filtering unit sitting in the PARKING LOT HANDICAP SPOTS. No email notice for my po box renewa, so I almost was put of a P.O BOX. I AM TRAVELING. I CANNOT CHECK MY PO BOX EVERY WEEK.
