  I really appreciated the customer service provided by Jordan of the UPS store at 740 4th Street N. in St. Pete. I don’t get send things very often, and he helped me pack the items into the appropriate sized box, taping it closed. He was very personable, attentive, and helpful, making My experience with UPS a good one.

  Amazon dropoff. Friendly staff. Quick service. Nearby. In and Out. Receipt in hand. Always a great experience. Whether returning a package to Amazon with receipt with instant notification from Amazon, sending mail overnight, packages, there is no need to go elsewhere.

  I’ve been going to this UPS store for quite a while now and a big reason for that is the people that work there. Alyssa is always so friendly and helps with whatever tasks I may have! Highly recommend this UPS store!

  Alisaa at The UPS Store is the best! She took the time to explain everything I needed and really worked with me every step of the way. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Alisaa goes above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for her if you want top-notch service! 🙌

  Diana was amazing helping me and my daughter with printing and laminating. She even stayed several minutes after 7:00 pm helping us get the job finished. Lily was there too and helpful. Diana was very personable and cared about what we had to get done. She was very kind and polite which you don’t always come by anymore these days. It was a pleasant experience for sure and we will definitely be using that location from now on:)
