- MFMahala FortnerJan 25, 20171.0I walked in and was extremely polite. The older blonde woman at the front desk was incredibly rude for no reason. I borrowed her pen to write on the box. I've shipped many packages before by writing on the box. Why it is suddenly an issue? I was shipping a book via media mail and she made a comment about how I needed a label. I told her it was fine and she said in a snotty tone "okay, you're the boss." Then she asked me if there was just a book in here. I told her yes. She barely spoke two words to me and didn't ask me about what the contents were like other post office locations (i.e. Flammable materials, etc). It's apparent this woman hates her job and that she has to deal with ignorance daily. However, this kind of attitude prevents good people like me coming into this post office location. In the future I'll drive a little further to avoid being treated like I'm bothering her shipping my book without a label.
