People at the counter are rude and of no use unless you want to buy stamps, and the manager has no answers and resolves nothing. They literally said getting the mail to people is not their job. What exactly is their job then? Just to be rude to people, lose their mail, and collect a government paycheck apparently.

- MMMelanie MJan 20, 20264.0As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted. I was nervous after seeing a few other customers waiting as well and thinking it’d take a long time, I was wrong. I asked clerk #12, (couldn’t see her name just her badge saying she was from St Thomas) a quick question then she told me exactly what I needed to do, which was a huge help. She called for back up and another worker came to help, I overhead them as well and very friendly and efficient. I’m not sure why there are numerous bad/1 star reviews, my guess is the customer wasn’t friendly using the simple manners, of please and thank you. Just a guess. Lastly the building, computer systems are outdated along w/ the mail drop off which I discovered last year mailing holiday cards. It would be nice to have the mailbox clearly labeled w/ the grass, bushes and trees trimmed for a smoother process.
