  I mailed a Priority Mail package on February 20, 2026 containing time-sensitive court documents, expecting delivery by February 23. The item was routed inefficiently: St. Petersburg → Ybor City → Clearwater → Ybor City → St. Petersburg, and sat in Clearwater for four days. Delivery finally occurred February 26, three days late. The first USPS representative was dismissive and offered no meaningful help. The second acknowledged the issue but downplayed it, explaining that mail can route through distant facilities. Even though Patrice, a floating supervisor, listened and confirmed the routing made no sense, it was too late to help, and the overall experience had already been negatively affected. This caused unnecessary stress for time-sensitive documents, and the lack of disclosure that Priority Mail is only “expected” delivery (not guaranteed) added to the frustration. I also couldn’t leave a proper review on USPS’s site — their system goes through multiple apps and never allows direct feedback. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and cannot rely on USPS for time-sensitive items.

  Mike McLaughlin, simply put was amazing today. I came in with a large order to ship out and he worked with me to get it all done over the course of a few hours. Even short staffed and with a long holiday line he kept his composure, made folks laugh and even made me out to be a hero to the group as I needed to step out of line to accommodate other people. My only response back to him and the group was that he was the real hero and that I couldn’t thank him enough. It is good to know there are still people out there like Mike.

  This is the best post office I’ve been to in Pinellas County. I went here a few weeks ago to send out a bunch of invitations and Mike was so kind and patient. He helped me determine the amount of postage needed for each one and made the process super easy. He is a gem and this location is lucky to have him. :)

  This USPS agency made my mail dissapear while I was traveling for work. I came back to find a new address paper inside the mailbox, and to make everything better, nobody pick the phone at the post office. I would like to know where did my mail go, or I will have to the police to report teft, as shopping and Federal documents dissapeared from my mail.
