This is a criticism of the US postal service for having these poor folks working in a completely unsanitary, unmaintained, filthy environment. There is visible black mold all over the ceiling, dirt and dust everhwhere. The whole front counter is almost rusted through. Take care of your facilities! I am a 1st and last time customer here. My allergies were immediately triggered and I got a headache within 5 min of being there. Your employees, in particular, should not have to incur hazards to their health for showing to work and doing their jobs. Shame shame. I am advocating for them!
- MAMaria AllerMar 5, 20211.0For the most part, I have had a good experience at this location but there is one particular associate who usually works the far register, whom every time I'm in there seems to have a bad attitude. Literally, every week I drop of my mail I hear her talking down to customers about how they packaged their mail, or how they wrote the address (she can't read it, or it's too big) loud enough for everyone to hear. It's unfortunate because the rest of the staff is very helpful and pleasant.
