After almost two weeks of waiting, enduring the nastiness and misery of the gulfwinds supervisor who refused accountability for sending the pkg downtown instead of my home, going to the 4th st post office whose supervisor was much nicer and proactive, filing a missing pkg request twice ..and then filing a claim of refund since it seemed this pkg would remain lost ....it appeared at my doorstep.
