- SSSierra SmithFeb 13, 20261.0I truly don't enjoy being the one to express negativity in any form. I firmly believe that many individuals here require additional training or a new set of people. My sender accurately wrote my address on my package, yet it was somehow marked as an unknown address, with no notice left behind. A worker was sent to my address and was present but was too lazy to put in the work to deliver a small single package, lol. This has shown how unreliable my community post office is, and these individuals do not seem to make an effort to deliver my items. Be cautious of any suspicious activity. This is how issues occasionally arise and items go missing. Now, I hope my product makes its way back to the sender because it was supposedly sent via first-class mail, and she still hasn’t received it yet. Hopefully, this experience over the Valentine’s day weekend will prompt some much-needed changes at the post office to improve their service.
