Our HOA has paid for a mailbox at this UPS Store for over 10 years. Under the previous owners, package notifications were reliable. Recently I discovered nearly 10 packages waiting because my email was never added to their system. I was told only one employee could fix it, then told that person wasn’t there, and asked to come back another time. One employee even said they were “doing me a favor” by holding my mail, even though the HOA pays for this service. Very disappointing customer service and poor communication. Hoping management or UPS Corporate addresses this.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Bethanne went above and beyond and helped me package everything I needed and Kayleen was also super friendly. High recommend this location for your UPS / shipping needs.

Always a pleasure to go to this UPS Store! Kayleen and Bethanne greet you with a smile, a great attitude, and are ready to help you with whatever you need. Extra bonus for my little white dog is they both are stocked with treats and happy to hand them out. Really appreciate the service and friendliness!
