    Amazon sent me a wrong package. After contacting Amazon they told me to take it to UPS for it to be return and they would issue a refund once item is returned. When I got to UPS with the return package same package never removed they told me it’s $2.99 for them to print my shipping label. I am over 65 and disabled so I was a captive customer just wish I would’ve known prior to purchasing. I know the old people don’t serve a purpose to many people but we are struggling as well.

    I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint against this office. I was trying to return an items that was no box no label required. The instructions specially said to return in the bag with the barcode. I handed that to the rep and they refused to take my return. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to make any attempt to contact anyone. I showed him the exact verbiage and he tried telling me I misinterpreted. I’m very disgusted with this as it took valuable time out of my schedule to return these items and I was not able to complete my task. I even reached out to the company I was making the return too once I left and they confirmed I was doing it the right way. This also is not the first time I’ve made a return to the same company using the same type of bag and there was no problem. Why this office decided to not take my return is still a mystery to me and I will continue forward with my official complaint. I will not be returning to this UPS store. My company will also not be sending any mail through this store either. After relaying the absurd experience to my team, they proceeded to tell me about the rudeness they have experienced from the staff. I am sure they will be following up with bad reviews as well. The agent was condescending and tried to make it out like I did not have the right to be upset about him refusing to do his job. UPDATE - I was able to get this to another store and they took my return with no problems, when I asked them about the situation they said that taking the package the way I had it was pretty standard. The store manager at that location was shocked that this store caused me so many issues. I hope your team is happy that you have wasted my time and disrupted my peace just because you felt like it.
