  Amazon sent me a wrong package. After contacting Amazon they told me to take it to UPS for it to be return and they would issue a refund once item is returned. When I got to UPS with the return package same package never removed they told me it’s $2.99 for them to print my shipping label. I am over 65 and disabled so I was a captive customer just wish I would’ve known prior to purchasing. I know the old people don’t serve a purpose to many people but we are struggling as well.

  I am currently in the process of filing a formal complaint against this office. I was trying to return an items that was no box no label required. The instructions specially said to return in the bag with the barcode. I handed that to the rep and they refused to take my return. I asked to speak with the manager and he refused to make any attempt to contact anyone. I showed him the exact verbiage and he tried telling me I misinterpreted. I’m very disgusted with this as it took valuable time out of my schedule to return these items and I was not able to complete my task. I even reached out to the company I was making the return too once I left and they confirmed I was doing it the right way. This also is not the first time I’ve made a return to the same company using the same type of bag and there was no problem. Why this office decided to not take my return is still a mystery to me and I will continue forward with my official complaint. I will not be returning to this UPS store. My company will also not be sending any mail through this store either. After relaying the absurd experience to my team, they proceeded to tell me about the rudeness they have experienced from the staff. I am sure they will be following up with bad reviews as well. The agent was condescending and tried to make it out like I did not have the right to be upset about him refusing to do his job. UPDATE - I was able to get this to another store and they took my return with no problems, when I asked them about the situation they said that taking the package the way I had it was pretty standard. The store manager at that location was shocked that this store caused me so many issues. I hope your team is happy that you have wasted my time and disrupted my peace just because you felt like it.

  The UPS Store located on Roosevelt is a Great Store with Exceptional Employees who always provide Outstanding Customer Service! Yesterday, I again received Outstanding Customer Service from Gray who truly went the extra mile for me to ensure he delivered the finished product needed! Gray even called his Manager who was off site to ask for assistance and then through his own skills and endeavors, was able to print out the requested 2026 At-a-Glance Calendar! This UPS Store is both Professional and Personable; they truly care about Pleasing their Customers!

  Normally the service is pretty good, but I had to return an item today from Amazon, and I had to print a shipping label. My printer was not connected and I had to track down my cord, so I called up this UPS store number 1331 and spoke to Adie , and I asked him if they could print the label and he said yes. I drove down to the store and the gentleman walked over to the printer and printed it and when I was done he said it was $2.99. I told him that had I thought I had to pay, $3 for one sheet of paper, I would have spent 5 minutes looking for my cord. Both of the gentleman behind the counter looked at me like I was stupid. The kid showed me the two dollars and 99 cent sign. I said how am I supposed to see that sign from home where I spoke to the gentleman who didn't mention the price? The correct answer when I called, would have been, "Yes sir. We can print that here, but it's $3. And the fact that I had to sit there and argue with them about it . And then they didn't even bother to wave it, left me pretty pissed off. So now I'll go and review them and give them a one star.
