    Julio has helped me with returns several times and has always been helpful, as well as, patient. I have 3 stores to choose from near me and I always select this one because of their customer service.

    I have never had a more pleasant experience than the one I recently had with Jordan from the UPS Store. Jordan went above and beyond to be personable, accommodative, and understanding. He helped me ship a package up north even though the store was only moments from closing as I was late coming out of work. This will be the only location I will look to go to from here on out. Thank you Jordan

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service at The UPS Store! Diana was absolutely amazing. I came in to shred a large amount of old paperwork, and she went above and beyond by coming out to my car to help me bring the bins inside. She also assisted us with properly disposing everything into the shred box. Super helpful, professional, and kind.

    Jaylyn’s dedication to helping me find the best rate and explains the process in unmatched in any local shipping store. Also the owners of this store are more dedicated and caring than most people on any average day. If you don’t go out of your way to go to this UPS location you’re doing it wrong.

    I visited the UPS Store today for notary services and received assistance from Diana. She was amazingly supportive in guiding me through the process, cross-checking for all completed sections, scanning the documents for me, and keeping a cheerful attitude while completing what looked to be a cumbersome process. From entrance to exit, Diana made the visit smooth and pleasant. Thank you for all the support Diana!
