    Destiny and the rest of the staff here make this the ALL TIME BEST UPS store I’ve ever been too. So friendly, helpful and just enjoyable doing business here because of them :)

    Jordan who works at the UPS 4th St North location is exceptionally patient and careful when handling packages and also wrapping them to get them delivered to where they need to go. He is also helpful in choosing the best package which is most cost effective. He is a great asset to UPS especially during busy times and the holidays.

    Jay was amazing, she did my returns all very quickly however, there was still a long line behind me and only two associates to manage at rush-hour if you're having your associates do the work of multiple people please pay them accurately or hire accordingly. With the Ongoing boom of online shopping, most people underestimate the volume of people and packages that flow through you a UPS store a day however you as a location and UPS itself see that data and should do something about it for the well-being of your employees. This is a statewide issue in Florida. I'm sure a national one too. Managers, advocate for yourself and your employees, show them my message. Regional managers, do better.
