I always have the best mailing experiences at the 4th St N UPS location. My pre-packed Items or those in need of a box are happily accepted. Returns from all those companies that deliver to my doors are handled swiftly. This week I was grateful to Julio who waited and then quietly helped me as I scrolled through my phone for the necessary return paperwork. I always appreciate someone who manages my tech shortcomings kindly. - this is a great UPS store!

This store is a 5 star world class operation led by manager Alyssa who goes above and beyond to actually help people take care of their packaging problem, shipping problems and does it all with a smile. She trains an amazing team Of rock stars around her. I could not recommend this store more highly.

Shout out to the UPS Store at 740 4th St N—especially Alyssa! After another carrier told us our package couldn’t ship due to customs, Alyssa handled it quickly, professionally, and without any issues. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Hands down the best place in the area for shipping! Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience! Julio helped me and truly went above and beyond to make sure my shipment got out to my client quickly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. I also love that they carry a great selection of supplies, making it easy to grab everything I needed in one stop. The mailbox services are a huge plus, and the special they’re currently running makes it even better. Friendly staff, fast service, and reliable support every time I walk in. I have been a box holder and customer of the UPS Store on 4th Street for years. There are many people who do a great job there. I recently had some complications with a delivery unrelated to the UPS store. The staff there were very helpful. All are great. The three that really went above and beyond for this matter were Alyssa, Jordan, and Diana. Thanks so much for your help and patience!!!!
