Met another client who’s been trying to pick up a package for six days. Telephone goes to voicemail which is full. Unacceptable for an express courier service.
- ANAmy NinaDec 29, 20255.0This DHL location is tucked away in a small strip mall across from Sam's Club. If we hadn’t been using GPS, we would have driven right past it. The signage definitely needs to be improved for better visibility from the street! However, once inside, the staff was friendly and efficient. This was actually one of the best experiences I’ve had at a DHL location—just keep your eyes peeled so you don't miss it.
