  Amy was so helpful wirh tracking down my package after I had missed the attempted deliveries. She spent the time hearing my concern as it was a credit card coming from Canada that I had to cancel while I was down here and knowing how important it was for me to get my credit card as soon as possible. She suggested I arrange having my card sent from the other location where it ended up, to her location which was closest to me. It came in a day sooner than expected and she called me right away and I raced down to get it before she closed. Thank you so much Amy, for helping me reunite with my new credit card

  Today I was at the DHL and both of the persons working there. There was very nice and helpful. I am so happy I made them and to know them and they really did the best. Best job they can. I’m sorry I don’t know their names but but I can say that they did the best I can they can thank you thank you.
