- CHChasetti HidalgoFeb 19, 20261.0Arrived today (2/19) at 3:58 PM needing only to scan two QR code returns. The posted closing time had not yet passed. As I approached the counter, the shutter was closed directly in front of me before I could even see who was behind it. I could clearly hear the associate on the other side and said “hello” several times, but was completely ignored. I understand closing procedures need to be followed, but closing early and refusing to acknowledge a customer who arrived before the posted time is unacceptable. It would have taken less than a minute to assist. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.
