- JBJennifer Bibee2 days ago1.0I do not understand what is going on with this location. They are out or stock of almost all packaging materials, the storefront is a dirty mess with junk piled everywhere and the one woman working the counter is absolutely miserable. The line was out the door and understandably she was very unpleasant. This location needs a serious overhaul and more staff!

- SBSandra BergeronApr 15, 20263.0Arrived at Julington Creek Post Office the day before tax due date. The line was out the door but I needed to send a PKG so waited. Learned that there was only one employee working up front, Regina, who apologized for the wait. Only one of their machines was working which caused the delay. Regina was very pleasant even under pressure from all those complaining in line (not me). I thanked her for the assistance with my PKG and appreciated her friendly attitude under the circumstances which were out of her control.
- LBLauryn BatesMar 30, 20261.0Don’t ship military care packages through this office. I did a customs form online, they said I have to do the paper copy. Then they said I needed the additional 4 digit zip code for the address. Which in my 10+ years of military spouse experience, I never needed. This nice customer helped me find the additional digits which was ON THE USPS website. Meaning they could’ve found it as well. Then when all is said and done, they magically were able to use the online customs form… ALL a complete waste of my time. BEWARE!
- WJWenling JiaFeb 24, 20261.0Bad experience at the Bartram Oaks Walk office. One star is more than what I like to give. Had two boxes that I wanted to drop off this morning. One went in their drop bin and got stuck. Waited for half an hour to drop off the other to an employee, whose name starts with R. She was wearing a face like I owned her millions of dollors from the start. I told her what happened to the first box and asked her if there is a way to make sure it was there. She said "not stuck" twice. I was trying to smile at her and asking why I couldn't pull it over. She finally said it's full, indicating how "hard" they work.
