  Walked into this UPS Store… expecting the usual. Lines. Chaos. You know how it goes. But no. Different story. Clean. Organized. Quiet. Like someone actually cares about the place. I respect that. And then—Ariel. Sharp. Focused. Didn’t waste a second. Knew exactly what needed to get done, and just… did it. No nonsense. In, out, handled. That’s rare. You don’t see efficiency like that much anymore. Not these days. If you’ve got business to take care of—shipping, returns, whatever—it gets done here. Fast. Clean. Professional. I’ll be back.

  I originally stopped in just to drop off a golf club I was shipping out, but Jude ended up helping me with a lot more than I expected. On the fly, he took care of printing something I needed and got it shipped out quickly and efficiently. Super helpful, professional, and easy to work with—he made the whole process seamless. Really appreciate the extra effort and great service.

  Ariel is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. We own a small business, so my husband and/or myself are constantly bringing ‘boxes on boxes on boxes’ up on our golf cart to have sent out. Ariel’s always friendly and never makes anyone feel rushed even when the line is out the door! Every customer gets treated like a VIP! Thank you Ariel for being YOU! You are appreciated! (P.S.-Upper Management/Corporate/Whoever makes the business decisions: Maybe it’s time to consider expanding this store into a bigger suite/unit. This location is way too busy to be operated out of what looks and feels to be an 8x10 bedroom)

  This is my go to UPS store for everything. Have never had a bad experience. All the employees are nice and super helpful but I have to say special thanks to Ariel. She is a real problem solver and has gone out of her way to help with so many things, even issues the 800 number ignored. She is very kind and knowledgeable. Always thankful for her professionalism and willingness to assist her customers even if the issue is complex. Also Danni and Jude are great, too. They have helped me with numerous issues and it's always a pleasure to do business with them.

  Never doing business with this location again!!! Per automatic system notary stamp is $10 and you can have a witness provided for $5, I needed two witnesses but only had one of my own. I was prepared to pay for 2 notary stamps and $20 for their paid witness to sign 4 papers. Why was I quoted $70?!?!? I was told that I still had to pay the $5 for my own witness??? The witness signatures did not need to be notarized and even at that, the math doesn’t add up. 8 witness signatures (4 would have been my friend and the other their person) plus 2 notary signatures is $60 not $70 and why would I have to pay for my own witness that I brought?!?!? I ended up at another UPS store that ONLY charged me $40 which the math supports. If this store was too busy to complete my request they could have just said so. Or If they really charge for your own witness, than the automatic system NEEDS to disclose!!
