One went in their drop bin and got stuck. Waited for half an hour to drop off the other to an employee, whose name starts with R. She was wearing a face like I owned her millions of dollors from the start. I told her what happened to the first box and asked her if there is a way to make sure it was there. She said "not stuck" twice. I was trying to smile at her and asking why I couldn't pull it over. She finally said it's full, indicating how "hard" they work.
