    I hade a really bad experience at the Fruit Cove P.O. today. I went in for a refund because my next day delivery took 4 business days which cost me money. It was about 3:25pm. After waiting in line the employee informed me the person that can handle the refund was at lunch and I needed to wait. About 40 min. latter she finally came out to her booth. The employee informed her that I needed a refund. She rudely told me she could not help me because she had no money. The other employee asked her if she could give me a money order. She did not answer. Her workmate asked me if that would be alright. I said yes. Than she rudely told me to fill out this long form. I asked if I had to fill out this form just to get a refund since I had my receipt with all my information. She than snaped back, "if you want service you need to fill it out," I replied that I have not gotten any service here since my I day delivery took 4 days and I have been waiting a long time just to get a refund. She than rudely told me she would not help me. How are people like this allowed to work even for the post office?????

    I would give half a star or even ZERO if I could, staff is incredibly slow and doesn’t take their jobs seriously, the ONE lady that was working a certain day was incredibly slow on purpose and seemed absolutely careless, walking around, throwing packages around that are listed as fragile, overall, the usps office and system is incredibly slow, I sent out invitations to a party within 3 weeks in advance, got first class shipping (which is advertised as 1-3 day shipping), mind you, these are in-state (most were in-city(close-by too.)) and it’s been almost a week and half and only 2 out 10 people have received their letters. So slow, so irritating, and inconsiderate of others time. Edit: They also charged me for first class shipping, I could’ve gotten regular class for free and it wouldn’t have changed anything, this is a money hungry, government owned, slow, wasteful company that does anything as long as they get paid by the hour. Do. Not. Go. Here, at least this office, anyway.

    Clerk No24 Each time I come here the woman at the front desk has the WORST attitude! Condescending, rude & then always on her cell phone with ear bud. Only reason why I keep coming back is bc UPS across the street is a rip off.

    Closed for lunch with no return time. The lobby is filled with people waiting, some people waiting for over 50 mins. There is no boxes stocked which is the only reason I came in and no indication they close online
