I went into The UPS Store at Bartram Market and spoke to Grant who contacted the print manager and made my job happen!! The email I sent over with the format did not come through correctly, I went home and re-emailed plus I added another task which was small QR Codes to upload pics. Before I got to the store, Grant called the print manager to make sure they could do it in the time frame I asked and they could!! Grant went the extra mile by being proactive, making sure it can be done, and having the answer for me when I walked in the door!! I’m so thankful for the guys at this store! Derek is amazing!! I goofed in one of my table seating chart cards for my wedding printing the incorrect first name with the correct last name. The day before my wedding, we were already at the venue, and it hit me!! I called The UPS store at Bartram Market who did my print job, and the guys contacted Derek ASAP who said he can print it out and have it for me first thing in the morning when they open!! Derek saved the day, I can’t thank him enough!! His understanding in how urgent the job was and his commitment in getting it done vs saying it was too late, saved me from embarrassment on my wedding day!! Thank you Sir!! Jude was also very instrumental in my seating chart fiasco! I called the store numerous times during my panic in getting my chart reprinted, Jude was very understanding and patient and went back and forth with me and the print manager to make sure we both had a clear understanding of the job and the timeframe in getting it done! Thank you so much!!

If you need any help printing or cropping pictures he’s the one to talk to and definitely deserves a raise for his dedication to helping others.
