  I had an excellent experience with UPS! Their service is always reliable, fast, and professional. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. A special thank you to Leydi — she was amazing! So kind, attentive, and efficient. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Highly recommend this UPS location!

  Great store. Friendly staff and super quick service. Really appreciated Danni for working with my daughter and I for a project that required special prints. She was very patient to listen and fulfill the requests we had.

  if you are color of person.... they make you wait for several minutes and serve people behind you.... ups handed the franchise to wrong team.... most probably against the corporate policy....

  Selecting 1 star because I cant select ZERO... Do not have your phones delivered here for pick up, they will disappear. When attempting to pick up a new phone at this store that required signature I was told that it was already picked up by someone that had my tracking number and my address on their ID. I find this story hard to believe and wouldn't care to bet that someone within those walls got themselves a new iPhone this week. The level of incompetence behind the desk here was truly amazing.

  Employee embarrassed me as a customer. Made me feel not valued as a customer. Did not want to finish the task I paid for but kept saying over and over again. She want to not hold up the line behind me and be mindful of customers in line. Was loud enough where other customers could keep hearing her. I paid for shredding service. Dis not want confidential papers sitting outside the bin. It was not huge pile. She wanted to move the bin to me but boxes behind counter were all around it and would take more time. I shared with employee it would take more time moving it vs. Just putting papers in bin. Her comment noted above was said more then 4 times. I felt like I was not the customer. When I left store I did not be valued for a place I have come to for more then 5 years. Will now look for a new place that I feel valued at. Odd thing was they at 3people working at all stations and the line was moving and people were not standing long in line that I was in when I entered the store. The employee did not represent the brand of the UPD store properly.
