  Will be using another UPS store. I’m almost 9 months pregnant and had to return these packages before I’m due. I had a full bag and a toddler who is on the spectrum. I planned on going into Winn Dixie after returning my packages to get last minute groceries so I put my toddler in a cart and my HUGE bag of returns. I stepped into this store with the cart and was instantly told they were allowed and the carts needed to be outside the store. No offers to help, no alternatives, just told it wasn’t allowed and shown the door. I can understand and respect the rules but the lack of empathy or even trying to help me when the store was empty just showed they don’t need my business.

  Wonderful store I was given excellent help and I had no idea what I was doing and they made it so easy. Very nice store I live in Kissimmee and I will always use this location to ship anything.
