  On March 11, I sent very important documents that were promised to arrive by March 13. They still haven’t arrived. Then I sent another set on Saturday, March 14, and was told they would arrive by the 17th—they haven’t arrived either. Upon checking, the first set doesn’t even have a delivery date and is on a route I can’t understand. The other one now says it will arrive as late as the night of the 19th, and it still shows as not having left Orlando. I’m extremely upset because I paid $23.11 per package to ensure delivery. I specifically paid for UPS because these documents are very important, and yet they sent them through USPS. Had I known, I would have gone directly to USPS and paid their standard rate. I’m extremely disappointed. I’m giving them a 1-star review. I definitely prefer to drive 30 minutes to a FedEx office because I know that they do comply with the deliveries and it doesn't matter that you pay for the cheaper service with them, they are responsible. You don't know what those documents I sent mean.
