Visited the post office today and was greeted by Samuel. Not only was he helpful, but very knowledgeable, and eager to educate me on the services they provide, shipping guidelines, and delivery expectations. Thank you again!

Currently waiting in line, and felt the need to leave a review solely regarding the customer service I’ve witnessed and experienced while waiting. The associates were friendly and efficient, unlike several establishments I’ve been to. I only had to complete a Change of Address, which you can do online but I needed to come in as mine required additional identity verification before being activated. All they needed was a form of identification to view and scan, and I was out of there pretty much as soon as I reached the counter.

Extremely Disappointed with the Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service at USPS I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the terrible service I experienced at this USPS location. The employees were rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no respect for customers. Even during their posted service hours, they refused to accept package drop-offs and misled customers by claiming the office closed at 4 PM — which is completely false. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a federal service that is supposed to serve the public. It is truly shameful that some USPS employees forget who gives them the opportunity to work and earn their salary — the taxpayers. Being a government agency does not give them the right to treat ordinary citizens with arrogance and disregard. USPS should retrain its staff on basic courtesy, professionalism, and responsibility. Public service should mean serving the public, not abusing the position of authority or convenience. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in USPS. I will strongly reconsider using their service in the future and will warn others about this unacceptable attitude.

I’ve been coming here for about 5-6 months and i can assure you that is one of the fastest post office in Osceola county. Here they are straight forward with what you need to do and the service is really good. Everyone is really friendly, especially Helen which is amazing and quick at her job.
