The phone service uses AI now. It sucks. No matter how many times you yell at a robot to speak to a real representative they’ll just repeat what they’re saying “I’m sorry I didn’t get that.” it’s really annoying. Don’t waste your time. Just go there.

Thomas the guy at the Kiosk grabbed my phone and I asked him if he can ask instead of snatching it as I’m grabbing my wallet. Then stops what we were trying to fix because first I didn’t have my keys to my mail box after 2 weeks has already passed. However he instead pawns me off to another person because I only asked him if he can “ask” for my phone instead of just taking it. It was rude and disrespectful and truly that’s not customer service whatsoever.

Samuel was very kind and professional; it's always a pleasure to see him serve with that smile.

After 10 years of having a PO Box at this location, it was suddenly closed with no prior notice. There was no payment reminder, no yellow slip as in the past—nothing. My mail was returned, and when I spoke with a representative, I was told, “You know you have a bill; we don’t send reminders anymore.” Every business, bank, or government agency provides some form of notice when a payment is due. This post office does not. I take accountability for not remember the payment date and they should take accountability for not doing their job. Expecting customers to remember a single payment with no reminder is unreasonable. Very disappointing service and poor customer experience. On a positive note, no further payments will be required.

This post office is by far the worst post office I've ever experienced. If the customer service isn't bad enough (many disgruntled individuals who act like they're forced to be there against their will), you're lucky to get a self serve kiosk that works properly and has paper for tracking receipts. I rely on the ability to ship after hours since my job does not coordinate with post office hours. I also run a small business so shipping my orders out to customers in a timely manner is key! There was also that one time they didn't weigh a package correctly and the recipient had to pay the difference at the destination to even receive their package! Something I've never heard of before, especially since I paid for the label on my end. Today I drove all the way to this office to ship something time sensitive and their drop box was taped shut with a sign to drop packages by an "open door" however there was no open door. Come on guys, you have one job.
