  I always love going to this store location in St. Cloud. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I have noticed the staff have a energetic and polite demeanour while being very effective in processing your shipments in a timely manner. If I had to drive 15 miles out of the way to deal with this UPS store I would do it 🎀

  This UPS Store is located is a great location. The line was long but moving and you see customers leaving with a smile and they greet you and apologize for the inconvenience but no inconvenience since they are so kind. What a great store to come into. They explain things that Amazon is not clear about.

  This is my absolute favorite ups store! Staff is amazing Ivette made everything so much easier ! Got business card’s flyer’s and my virtual address with them!! Go check them out !!

  Extremely poor customer service I experienced at your UPS location. I arrived at the store struggling to remove a heavy package from my car while the agent was obseving me having difficulty. After finally carrying it to the door, the UPS agent informed me that the store was closed at 3:00 PM which if we want to get technical it was 2:59. I asked to speak with a manager, and the agent claimed that another individual was inside handling 20 packages and that they could not assist me. The agent then stated that she was the owner and that there was no one higher than her to contact. She also gave conflicting information about the closing time, first stating the store closed at 2:00 PM and then saying it had been extended to 3:00 PM. While this was happening, I personally witnessed at least six people approach the door attempting to drop off packages and being turned away without assistance. I also observed an elderly woman struggling with a large package who was not offered any help. When I requested an email address or contact information to submit a complaint, I was told there was no one above her and no way to escalate the issue. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I expect better customer service and clearer communication from a company like this.
