  Been using this store for several years. After the sale to the new owners there was a small adjustment period but fortunately Ms. Cindy is still there so the store is still efficient and professional. Thanks Ms. Cindy !

  Richard W is 180 deg off course. The employees at the Anastasia Plaza UPS store go above and beyond to serve every customer.

  I have no idea how this store has anything but a five star. They have amazing customer support and willing to help you even though they are not supposed to. They even remember your name. And the things you do.! For as busy as this store can get it runs and operates very smoothly. Jamilia is fantastic., and everyone else is super kind

  This location has gone downhill in the last few months. The older lady has been extremely rude not only to me, but to every other customer I’ve seen come in. They refuse to take my Amazon return even when the machine is down and told me “that isn’t their job”. I will be driving across town to go to a location where the employees are polite to their customers.

  The last owner was awesome. New owner is never there so the woman, Linda, who works there is rude every single time I go into the store. She literally yelled at me and if you are returning Amazon just forget about it. The packages are all over the floor of the store, it is filthy, the self service kiosk is broken and they REFUSE to ship an Amazon package for you even though the Amazon kiosk was broken and it was the last day I could ship the package. I drove over to Cobblestone's UPS Store and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me. It was such a relief to know I never have to go to this UPS Store again! I hate to write a review like this this but feel other people should know they have much better choices. I asked for the Owner's number and Linda refused to give it to me (she tried to convince me nobody at the store had the owner's phone number which is either crazy or not true). Save yourself the stress and pop over to Cobblestone UPS Store where you feel good about life when you leave.
