Depending on when you go, it could be very crowded. But, the staff is top notch and very friendly. Recommend avoiding at lunch time and weekends. Otherwise, pretty good.

I avoid the post office if I can. Employees are rude and slow. It would be great if a private company took over the post office . I use FedEx or UPS whenever possible.

This could be the worst Post Office ever. I ordered stamps online and it says they were delivered to my parcel locker. They weren’t. The main Postal Service number said I had to speak to my local post office who delivered it. I called and after a half hour of the phone ringing, I gave up. And the last time I called them, I gave up as well. They never answer the phone. And they often deliver my mail to another mailbox box. I just chalked up the money I spent for the stamps as a loss.

Let me start off by saying I hardly ever feel the need to leave an amazing review. My visit to this USPS location completely lifted my spirits the other day. I entered the building and immediately saw a line and got in it. I figured I’d be waiting a while, as expected with the holidays. Admittedly, I wasn’t in the best mood and just trying to get my to do list over with. Right off the bat, I could tell that the workers were doing their best and doing it with a smile. Not even 30 seconds into standing in line, one of the male workers acknowledged the line, greeted everyone, and thanked everyone for their patience. Then he asked if anyone was there to do a non-monetary service and that he could take them right away. Lucky enough, that was my case! He promptly took my information and went to the back to process my address change verification. While he was doing that, I stood at the counter taking in my surroundings, and I was so pleased to see both customers and the staff having kind, meaningful interactions. Saying hello, asking how they are, looking them in the eyes and acknowledging each other as human beings while also providing a service. Timing was just right apparently, as (who I’m assuming) a known local came in and handed out homemade cookies to the staff shouting “happy national cookie day!”. It was just a very brief moment of seeing so much positivity at once, and it completely changed my mood. Overall, just a really great experience and I will most definitely return to this post office for my mailing needs. A positive attitude can make all the difference. These people deserve recognition!
