Basically the wife (owner) argued with me and defended her husband insinuating that IF HE scanned it the return would show in THEIR system. They don’t want to assume any responsibility for HIS mistake. SHE used every excuse in the book so as not to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY! Now, I’m out $110. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

There is no available information to let customers know in advance of this abysmal situation. So this “lady” kept repeating some mantra about taking a photo and everyone knows this. And how should everyone know this? Osmosis? Another customer waited for me outside to commiserate on the horrible customer service. I will never use this nasty CREEPY UPS store again. There are many other places with normal people for my business. In addition, the woman did not update the system, Amazon told me, which is why my return was unacknowledged in my Amazon account. So, rude, inconsiderate and incompetent.
