  Worst experience at a UPS store that I ever had... I complained about the worker who forced me to the back of the line despite the fact that I was nice to her and used the kiosk to help her because they were busy.. by doing so I gave up my 2nd place in line.. The kiosk broke and it said to see the receptionist... She then acted like she didn't remember me and caused a scene saying I had to wait my turn in line.... By this time the line was to the door... I had been sick for over a week at it was my first time being in public after not being able to stand... After waiting in line she intentionally went very slow the guy just before me... When she waited on me she started waiting on someone else behind me as I was looking up something on my phone which was essentially cutting in front of me ---- something she would not allow before! Then when I got my receipt it only showed two items despite having 5 items returned... I called and complained to headquarters but they probably won't do anything... I also had to talk to Amazon because at least one of the items was not in computer that she scanned and wasn't on the receipt.. It was an $80 item which Amazon would have charged me for... She should be fired.... I would drive to another one but the neared one is like an additional 10-15 minutes which would add 30 minutes to my day..

  This UPS Store is the best! Shout out to Jamelia and David for always being so welcoming and helpful even when the store is jam packed!!

  The UPS Store is amazing and I love this location! Constance helped me with shipping a very large item and she did an amazing job! Every time I come to this location it is a positive experience. Thank you so much to Constance and to The UPS Store.

  Jamelia at UPS store#2664 is the best!!! Best customer service ever, very patient and polite and very helpful. I wait in line just to have her help me when I go there. I highly recommend her!

  So rude. I used the Amazon look and the label printer wasn't working so had to go to the front desk. The process took way longer than needed and I was not treated kindly. Unfortunately it wasn't just me as I watched her rudeness to several other customers as well, talking down to them when the didn't understand the store process. I understand customer service can be challenging sometimes but the rudeness was not necessary. Also when the receipt wouldn't print I was advised that there was nothing that could be done but I could take a pic of my package. Not helpful at all... Hoping my return gets back where it needs to go. I will be using a different drop off location in the future.
