- KVK Ven1 day ago1.0So rude. I used the Amazon look and the label printer wasn't working so had to go to the front desk. The process took way longer than needed and I was not treated kindly. Unfortunately it wasn't just me as I watched her rudeness to several other customers as well, talking down to them when the didn't understand the store process. I understand customer service can be challenging sometimes but the rudeness was not necessary. Also when the receipt wouldn't print I was advised that there was nothing that could be done but I could take a pic of my package. Not helpful at all... Hoping my return gets back where it needs to go. I will be using a different drop off location in the future.

But why the management thought that the day after New Year’s only one person should be working makes no sense. Please do your customers and your staff a favor and have two people on days where it’s obviously going to be busy! The staff gets five stars but management today got two.

The kiosk can have a line and the desk could be free and they turn a blind eye rather than physically taking people’s returns. This is part of their job and yet their blatantly choosing not to do it.
