  Twice in the last month I've gone there and both times the people were very rude. I noticed both the woman and the guy that work there talk down to customers, not just to me. I've been a business owner and I would never tolerate my employees talking to customers like they do, but with all the complaints about rudeness and it still continues, the rude workers must be the owners like someone else said ?? I hope people read these reviews and stop going to this store. I'm not anymore. The email address they say to send complaints to, all their workers have access to it and can delete your email. As long as a Google review doesn't violate Google policies, it can't be deleted, so better to share your review here.

  I have a PO Box here. My problem is that when I get a package, I have to stand in a 15 minute line for someone to hand it to me. I shouldn't have to stand behind 8 people trying to ship packages just to get my mail.

  My husband used to love the previous owners at this location. He was so kind and helpful. The new owner has been so rude and yesterday was the worst experience ever. He was arrogant and not polite to an older woman in her 80s and she needed help. The owner was condescending and rude to her and my husband helped her. This is not the way to run a business and we will not be back. Please avoid this location if at all possible. This man is not worth your time and effort.

  Showed open until five. I arrived at four and the woman in the red sweater with gray hair yelled at me we’re closed and before I could say anything she yelled again closed. When I said I won’t be coming back she said “we closed at 3:30 whatever”. She could’ve easily said I’m sorry we’re closed the doors just open for the UPS truck. I’ll go where my business is appreciated and I’m treated with just a small bit of decency and respect.

  This used to be a great UPS store and we loved it but now that there are new owners, the prices are totally outrageous. We had a small box around 6 by 6 by 14 inches to ship overnight and they quoted $700 for overnight and $250 for 4 days from now. Went to a competitor and was $330 for overnight, $225 for 2 day, and $100ish for 4 days from now (holiday). Meanwhile my pharmacy ships the same box for $30 overnight.
