  I had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredible customer service I received. Constance and Cindy Carter were attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. They listened carefully, answered every question clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly.

  This place went to the dogs since the change of ownership a few months ago. It used to be the most efficient UPS store I visited and the most pleasant staff to work with. Always attentive, always polite and fun to do business with. Now it's all gone. After two visits I have decided not to come here again. The lineups are longer than ever, customers are being ignored, and new staff is outright rude. They asked me to pack and label the returns that were supposed to be packed and labeled by them, then mixed and mismatched the returns and return codes, and got upset when being corrected. At the end one of three returns was not reported back to the receiver and appears to be missing. Chaotic lazy useless ... gotta choose another store or turn to mindless kiosks to get a better service. The recent low reviews depict accurately the state of this UPS store now. It used to be a 5-star business under previous ownership.

  The grocery stores are open today. The pharmacies are open today. Restaurants are open today. Most retailers are open today. Why is UPS closed today? Seriously, why?

  Twice in the last month I've gone there and both times the people were very rude. I noticed both the woman and the guy that work there talk down to customers, not just to me. I've been a business owner and I would never tolerate my employees talking to customers like they do, but with all the complaints about rudeness and it still continues, the rude workers must be the owners like someone else said ?? I hope people read these reviews and stop going to this store. I'm not anymore. The email address they say to send complaints to, all their workers have access to it and can delete your email. As long as a Google review doesn't violate Google policies, it can't be deleted, so better to share your review here.

  I have a PO Box here. My problem is that when I get a package, I have to stand in a 15 minute line for someone to hand it to me. I shouldn't have to stand behind 8 people trying to ship packages just to get my mail.
