Terrible customer service. Self made policy of not being able to assist mailing international packages 15 minutes prior to closing. Ridiculous!

Package left at box instead of taken to the door. Corner crushed because run over by someone else on street or possibly carrier when they pulled off. Amazing service. This is why fed ex and ups are a must. USPS hates their customers.

I had to wait in line as it’s a Saturday. But the customer service here is great. I think there was a rotation of 3 customer service representatives each one seemed to go above and beyond for the customer!! I got passport information that was so helpful. Well worth my time. Thank you USPS

DO NOT go here for passport services. I specifically needed an appointment here for my 6 week old baby. We were told upon making said appointment that they offer photo services. After arriving early for our appointment we were told the camera is broken and they are unable to take a photo. We were subsequently sent to a UPS location a half mile away and told we could return with our photo and complete our appointment. We got our photo and returned only to be confronted by the rudest service person asking “where did you go for 45 minutes?! My passport appointments will all be backed up because you took so long.” (We literally went to UPS and back). We were gone for 20 minutes. Reminder we are here for our 6 week old baby, AND we were tole to go to UPS because their device didn’t work. No fault of our own. I feel so silly writing this because normally if this wasn’t a government run establishment, I would have somewhere to call and complain for such horrible customer service. But because these workers are protected by our poorly run federal departments such as the USPS, they feel completely entitled to treat customers with such disrespect and common courtesy because they know your complaint will go nowhere. There are no repercussions for their attitude or actions. We as paying customers should not have to anticipate a dispute, attitude or mistreatment. ESPECIALLY when met with nothing but kindness and a friendly manner. I am baffled that standing there with a brand new baby anyone could ever be treated this way.
