  I came Today to drop off a package that needed to be returned. The sales associate, the lady whose name I didn’t catch was super nice super helpful and made my already difficult day, much better. Thank you so much.

  I completely agree with Carlena's post from 3 months ago, she is still there. Obviously management approves of her behavior or she'd be gone. She will argue to the death even when she is completely wrong. I will change where I do business.

  Horrible service, the lady behind the counter was making snarking comments to other customers and being disrespectful as we were standing there. Will not be coming back to this company after the disrespect I was shown by their staff today.

  Always a great experience here. Love the staff - so friendly and helpful all the time. I’ve been here numerous times for various reasons and always been treated well and gotten what I needed.
