    My wife visited this store to purchase an overbite shipping label for a envelope from North Carolina to Florida, the envelope would contain 4 separate documents from the USDA to enable our pets to travel. The women behind the counter was rude, dismissive and racist, insisting we would have to purchase 4 separate labels at $105 each and that she would be unwilling to help her any further unless my wife actually opened a business account. My wife had to go to a different 3rd party store in Viera who was more helpful although the information/insistence on purchasing 4 seperate labels was hogwash and wasted $315.00 which is non refundable. I would advise people to be wary of the advice and bad attitudes in the Rockledge location.

    Went home for a box even though the product came unboxed from Amazon with a label on its plastic and they wouldn't take it. Came back to the same employee telling me, "ok now ill just need to charge you for the tape". Uhm thank you but no, walked out, will not go back. Wholefoods 1st bc its easiest ofc. If is requires ups like this one (I guess bc they are trying to keep their contracts, with all of the return competition), I will go to the one in viera until they too start nickle and diming. Times are hard, and are getting harder so I get the stupid charges but this lady could've told me the first trip around and I would've taped it at home, that was rude.

    I am writing today to make a formal complaint of the dreadful service received from UPS located at 3810 Murrell, Rockledge, Florida 32955 on December 15, 2025. The older Asian lady working at this location does not acquire good customer service skills at all. She is very unpleasant, and I am sure other customers conducting business at this location experienced the same depraved treatment. She might be the manager at this location; however, she is rude, ignores customers who needs assistance, lacks empathy or understanding customer needs. I repeatedly tried to ask her a question about the kiosk machine, but was ignored and she refused to deal with my question or provide assistance. The aid was given when another customer chimed in and repeated my question, then more paper was put inside the self-assistance kiosk machine. After the paper was placed inside the machine, it printed out my Amazon label and receipt. The older Asian lady just placed it on the top of the counter and stated, I do not know who it belongs to. I stated, it all belongs to me. She walked away and started assisting another customer. I truly hope her behavior and customer service changes for the better because times are hard. I hope incidents like this discontinue and does not happen to me or other customers. Additionally, there has been numerous other occasions I visited UPS, I spoke to the older Asian lady and she ignored me and did not respond back.

    The lady at the front desk was rude. Cut me off before I could finish speaking, and without scanning my ticket or looking for my package told me my package wasn’t there. She finally scanned my ticket and said it wasn’t there despite what the tracking information said. She gave me the number to the Barrett store (which is closed) and said that I could call them. I stood to the side to try and get help via the website, which was much better than in person. And the guy that was there completely ignored me when I asked for assistance. The website helped me in getting my package redelivered. Of all of the years I’ve visited this location, I have never dealt with such rude treatment. Highly disappointed.
