- TSTed StoltmanApr 23, 20261.0Female Worker couldn't even bother to get off the phone with her friend the first time I came in. Unbelievable. Looked at Me like I was interrupting Her, while taking my question. Then, tells Me to bring back Forms of ID for an Address change, which I make another trip for, and She tells Me she's not sure if it worked and I have to wait 2 weeks to find out in writing when I will no longer be living at that location. Unprofessional, Unknowledgeable, Lazy worker. Complete waste of My time.
