- BMbella mmJun 16, 20252.0They don’t answer the phone I was on hold twice for 15 minutes before hanging up Mail goes missing and packages are never delivered they say they left a notice and never did they knocked and left after less then a minute while I was using the restroom didn’t even have time to get to the door I open the door and she’s getting in the car and blankly ignores me at the door she did not have my package in her hand while knocking on my front and back door And while the mail I’m supposed to get is going missing I’m still receiving mail that isn’t mine for a person who hasn’t lived here in probably a year or so I put in a request for that persons mail to be returned to sender and am still getting it but my mail isn’t arriving properly Can’t even get in contact and don’t really have the health to go to the office as I’m a pregnant toddler mom
