Today she must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed as I asked for a piece of tape for my package cause in the past she has taped my boxes when doing returns etc. she said you can go home and tape it or buy tape. Not sure if she was being racists or not !

On five separate occasions, drivers have failed to knock or ring the doorbell for packages requiring a signature. Despite being home with the windows open specifically to wait for my delivery, I repeatedly find a missed delivery sticker on my door without any attempt at contact. This most recent instance involved a driver named Earl, but the issue appears to be a consistent problem with the local ground transportation team. I am currently considering obtaining security footage from my neighbor to document this lack of service. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. I request that additional training be provided to Driver Earl and the rest of the West Palm Beach ground delivery team to ensure they are actually attempting contact before leaving a door tag.

Now he has to cancel it and have it shipped back because they can’t do their job properly. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Avoid this place.

Even when a package is supposed to be delivered on Saturday they don’t deliver it.. the drivers dropped my package off at a APARTMENT complex 10 minutes from my HOUSE and the people who work here are absolutely no help. They gave me the ok to come pick up my package and I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and they still haven’t found it
