My delivery: 1) Had no signature required and could be left at the door 2) No door tag left 3) No photo of my address, a picture of a white blob 4) I received ANOTHER Fedex delivery today no problem 5) I have a Fedex account and the app, within 5 seconds of getting the notification that the delivery couldn't be made I was out on the street - no Fedex truck If you can't make a delivery because you don't want to work any later, stop blaming the customer and own-up to what the real issue is - you couldn't finish your route.

The guy at service desk checked and told me it says my package is on hold and asked if I had put it on hold. I told him I didn’t and provided him with the proof of the FedEx text. He accused me of being combative….lol…..so then I asked “what is your solution. I’m here to pick up a package.” Anyways it took them a while to find it while I waited. Stuff gets misplaced sometimes but their employees need proper training and shouldn’t be verbally attacking customers.
