- CSChasen Shawn1 day ago1.0Ive been trying for over a week to get access to my businesses mailbox and through 5 phone calls several cancelled orders and even going to the office and paying them to rekey my box they keep putting stuff in after Ive asked them to bring to business. They left the entire box open to the public of 9 people's mailboxes while still not fixing ours or bringing in our mail. I will be disputing charge of $35 you guys made me pay to not even do the work. Worse USPS in the Tampa Bay area.

She took time assisting me in ensuring that everything was accurate prior to send off. Honestly, if it wasn't for her help I definitely would have missed something. She had amazing customer service and patience. I was truly grateful for her ❤️

I stopped coming to it 3 years ago because the line is always out the door but needed to drop off a couple of packages today and it was on my way. Reminded today why I avoid this place like the plague. Waited 20 mins in line with 4 kids, got to the counter only for the man Deven to tell me that because I didn’t have my return address written on my packages I needed to go use the self service machine (which also had a line). I asked if he could help with printing the mailing labels while I write my address on the package and he would not. So I went to the self service machine and waited in line there 10 minutes and then had to learn how to use the machine. I spent nearly 45 mins total and had to do it myself anyways. What do we pay these people for? If you like wasting your time, poor customer service, and spending money to do it all yourself, then definitely will like this post office. If not - avoid at all costs!
