  Joe at the Riverview store totally impressed me with his timely and professional service. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was the most impressive service I have encountered in a long time and would rate near the top of any customer service I can remember that I have ever experienced.

  I had such a great experience at the UPS Store today thanks to Raji. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I had a few questions and needed a bit of extra assistance, and she took her time to make sure everything was handled correctly without ever making me feel rushed

  I visit this location near my home several times a week. Everyone is friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful and patient. I try to have everything ready when I get to the counter. Today, the email I sent was.having issues. Raji came to the rescue! I appreciate her willingness to find my email and print what I needed. Thank you, Raji for outstanding customer service!

  3-20-2026 used to be a friendly store. New owners are driving it into the ground. New Manager Kevin, owners son, doesn’t seem to care about box owners. He has said he doesn’t care if mail is delivered to them on time. He makes them stand in line with package customers to pick up mail and packages. Wants to charge customers for not putting names on boxes when they are already in their computers. Previous employees have mostly left. Old time customers are leaving. Store on 41 and Paseo Del Mar is not that far away.

  This UPS store caused my package to get confiscated by USPS. I dropped a package off here and handed it to a gentleman who just tossed it in the cart without scanning so I didn’t get a receipt. I didn’t think anything of it at first and just assumed it would get scanned later. But because there was no initial scan, I wasn’t able to be notified that the label was invalid so it was confiscated by USPS for having unpaid postage. I realize I should’ve asked for a receipt but it’s standard procedure for UPS and it’s their responsibility to give it to me anyway. I ship packages through this store frequently and have never had an issue until this. On the bright side, there is a lovely older woman who is very nice and charismatic and takes special care with customers. So I’d at least like to praise her.
