- RRRJMar 2, 20261.0Saddest part about my review is I hardly ever write a bad one so that should say it all. I WILL NOT go to this location again and it was my first time going there today. A nice gentleman with a red hat on immediately greeted me. Unfortunately, that was the end of the professionalism. His work colleague, a black lady, was very rude!! Approached the counter quickly but then the entire interaction was cold, little was said, but some mumbling so it was clear I was bothering her. Seemed annoyed to help me and I only wanted to return something. I'm glad I didn't go to purchase or ship anything, this location doesn't deserve my hard earned money. She left a bad impression on me.

- AHAlexandra HernándezFeb 9, 20261.0I came to this store today 2/9/2026 around 10 am with a return from Amazon. A black tall male employee refused to give me services unless I brought another box. I explain multiple times to him that was the box the item was delivered at and there was another box inside with the original item. He proceeded to open the first box because he didn’t believe me, then I explain the sticker from Amazon was still noticeably on the surface of the box but anyways he was determined to make my day miserable. I had to walk out with my package and found another UPS to return it. I had no problems at all in the other UPS Store I went after the incident.
