My mail was not held and neither was my address changed. I had to go to my new USPS location and fill out the same form for the address change that I did before and they were able to do their job properly. They told me they didn't see anything in the system, so do you guys just toss forms with personal information/signatures away? Thank goodness for people that actually do their job properly and that care.
