I am at the post office frequently. Luzan has assisted me several times. She greets me with a smile each time and is very friendly. She is very efficient when she assists me. I have observed her being this way with everyone that she helps. She makes every customer feel important. She is an asset to the USPS. Thank you Luzan for a great experience every time!!

This post office is the worst, leaving packages at the wrong house. No follows ups after contacting them. I had important medications and it was delivered to the wrong address. They can't even do their main job correctly. The USPS service needs to be abolished.

I suppose nobody knows how to work there. Been on hold for two hours. I have called several times asking for a call back no call back.. I also had a passport appointment and no call to give me a heads up that they can complete the work for the passport and machines are down. LEFT work to go and wasted my time. Crappy customer service need new workers that can actually answer the phone or even help you. Will not recommend to anyone

Zero star.
I had a very disappointing experience with a USPS front desk employee named Shonda. From the beginning, she was rude and unprofessional. When I greeted her, she did not respond.
I had prepaid return packages (including one with a QR code) and packages with labels already attached. I started by handing over a small prepaid return package, and she immediately spoke to me in a condescending tone, saying she needed to weigh it to determine the price and repeatedly explaining how she does her job. I was not asking for an explanation. I simply wanted my packages processed.
After those transactions were completed, I needed to ship another package. At that point, she again began lecturing me and my husband about how the address should be written. She insisted the “to” and “from” placement needed to be the opposite of how we were doing it. We were surprised, because we have been shipping packages the same exact way many times before, have never been corrected, and have never had any issues. If this is the correct procedure, it could have been explained politely. Instead, due to her attitude from the very beginning, it felt like she was being unnecessarily strict and extra with us.
At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the transaction with her and moved to another front desk employee, who was polite and professional. The contrast clearly showed the issue was not USPS procedures, but her attitude.
After everything was completed, my husband and I spoke with a supervisor. We noticed that this employee was not wearing a name tag, while the other front desk employee clearly was. When I asked for her name, she initially refused to provide it. The supervisor was also hesitant at first and said she could not give the full name, even though I was only asking for the name that would normally appear on an employee name tag so I could file a complaint and write a review. Eventually, the supervisor did provide the name and mentioned that this employee has received multiple complaints before, which explained why she may have avoided wearing a name tag.
I expect basic courtesy and professionalism from USPS employees. Customers should not be talked down to or made to feel uncomfortable when simply trying to complete routine transactions. This experience was extremely disappointing.
