    During my recent visit to the UPS Store, I came encountered with Ashley. First and foremost she went completely above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked in, she was patient, professional, and maintained such a positive and helpful attitude throughout the entire interaction. I had several questions and needed extra assistance, and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Instead, she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my needs were fully taken care of before I left. That level of care truly stood out. Although I am a little late in submitting this review due to my busy schedule, it was very important to me to take the time to make sure she receives the recognition she deserves. Employees like her are a true asset to your store and represent your brand extremely well. Please extend my sincere appreciation to her for providing such excellent service.

    I consistently have a great experience at this busy UPS location, and much of that is thanks to Raji. She is always incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient, even when the store is packed. Raji stays calm under pressure, keeps things moving smoothly, and makes sure every customer feels taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and her positive attitude truly makes a difference

    I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this UPS Store. The associate, Jay, hung up on me while I was speaking and then ignored my follow-up calls. When I requested to speak to a manager or asked who was running the store, he refused to provide that information. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated with such disrespect. Transparency and professionalism should be standard. I will be escalating this matter and filing a formal complaint. I hope the store leadership takes this seriously and works to improve customer service moving forward. Sun city location 3060

    I always have an amazing experience at this UPS Store! The customer service is truly impeccable—fast, friendly, and professional every single time. Everyone goes above and beyond, but Raji especially stands out for being so helpful, patient, and kind. It’s clear she really care about the customers. Highly recommend this location!

    The people who helped me were really nice however not trained enough to do international shipment. I moved from US to Canada last year and I came to this location to send 7 boxes of my used/personal items. I very clearly explained this and my situation. I even opened all my boxes to show exactly everything I was sending. I asked them about the charges and everything but they apparently weren't completely transparent or didn't know. I had to pay around CAD$700 to clear these in Canada. Mind you, it already cost me around USD$1,200 to send these boxes in the first place. It turns out that when they shipped my boxes, they didn't file some of the boxes properly as personal effects which is a whole other document instead filed it as "other" which cost me so much money. If filed properly, I wouldn't have to pay C.O.D. As someone who is doing this for the first time, there was no way for me to know that. I explained what I am doing and what I am sending. They should have given me the right documents to fill out. For some of my boxes, they have charged 100% of value of goods as brokerage because of this blunder. I have been appealing with UPS for 4 months now with no luck. They won't take accountibility or responsibility for this. When I talked to UPS customer service, she basically said "too bad you should have filed it properly but we can't give you the money back." even though it wasn't me who did/chose the documentation. Other than this, one of my box came 1.5 months late because it was completely destroyed by UPS' handling (most probably during transit), and they haphazardly moved the remaining items into another box and delivered it. I had to call them after weeks of no update for them to then tell me that I had to fill out some forms. Why wait until I called you to tell me this? UPS should have immediately called me when they needed something from me. This whole thing has been so frustrating, disappointing and mentally draining for me. I have lost money for no fault of my own and there is apparently nothing I can do or that UPS will do to help. I will definitely not recommend to use this service unless you are well versed with the ins and outs of doing international shipment and its documents.
