I was placed on hold for 33 minutes, only for the employee to hang up on me, clearly hoping I wouldn’t call back to resolve the issue. UPS falsely claimed they attempted delivery of my package, which never happened. Instead, they shipped it back to the store and are now trying to make me pay to resend it, even though this situation is entirely their fault. To make matters worse, customer service was absolutely no help and showed no interest in fixing their mistake. I’m not a Florida resident; I was only visiting and needed to ship items back to my home. UPS’s incompetence has turned what should have been a simple process into a costly and time-consuming ordeal. Between the dishonesty, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service, I would not recommend UPS to anyone.
