Literally THEE only UPS Store in the entire Riverview‼️ It means everything to be able to “take care of business” after “taking care of business”. Bryan and Charles are always patient, courteous, and helpful when I frequent the store…even at 830pm when most people are patiently waiting to go home. They never make me feel like a burden. They provide quality service EVERYTIME!!! Thank you Bryan and Charles for being my late night heroes! You are sooooo appreciated🏆💪🏼🙌🏽❤️

And I especially appreciate him for being QUICK. Every other place I’ve ever done Amazon returns at moves at a snail’s pace. With Charles, I know I’ll be in and out. And any time I’ve ever had any issues he’s put in the extra effort to fin a solution for me. 5 stars! :)

They go out of their way to assist customers, time and time again regardless of the amount of effort or inconvenience. They do so with a smile that is genuine. I drive almost 30 minutes to this UPS location, passing at least half a dozen on my way - and two that are less than three minutes from my home in order to make all of my returns and conduct all of my business at this location. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
