I explain multiple times to him that was the box the item was delivered at and there was another box inside with the original item. He proceeded to open the first box because he didn’t believe me, then I explain the sticker from Amazon was still noticeably on the surface of the box but anyways he was determined to make my day miserable. I had to walk out with my package and found another UPS to return it. I had no problems at all in the other UPS Store I went after the incident.

The woman with braids who was behind the counter began treating me with an attitude and giving me unfriendly looks from the moment I walked in. She spoke to me in a condescending manner in Spanish, even though I hadn’t said a single word. After a couple of minutes, I left the store feeling very uncomfortable and without being able to resolve my issue. I have also seen other comments reporting similar experiences with this same employee.

I never had a problem with UPS service but soon as I walked in a guy said how can I help you and I said I came to pick up a package ( mind you guys the ID is in my hand ready to pass over) some black lady blue shirt very nasty tone We need your ID whats your name I just gave it to the guy already and showed and handed him the ID she was rude big time she need to have a better attitude her tone is nasty lady I don’t owe UPS I was just picking up a package her spirit is oFF I will no longer pick up my Nike packages from this location I will go a extra mile to get great service like good morning may I help you… great day of America 🇺🇸 and it’s said this has to be a private own location no way UPS corporation will tolerate that attitude towards customers that haven’t gave her a hard time or even spoke yet she instantly has a nasty demeanor. I signed for my package I didn’t cuss or make a fuss I politely walked out and said I will never visit this location again. Tone is everything respect is everything it’s free she definitely should use it! The black male thanks for staying professional
