This black female with braids snatched it out of my hand went to go print it and said this paper is crinkled. I hope you don’t mess up my machine she reiterated it’s $.20 to make a copy. I said who cares I came here to make a copy. I paid her and she had an attitude the whole entire time she should’ve stayed in bed and not came to work. I will never come here again. I take my business where it is wanted. Not to feel put out by getting 2 copies. unprofessional and other reviews at this store reflect the same lady with the same attitude yet nothing has changed. She belongs working from home not in the public eye as she cannot act appropriate.

Her attitude makes me uncomfortable returning here. the gentleman who usually works beside her is always polite and helpful. I come here mainly for the convenience, but I’d rather wait in line for another staff member than be served by her. Customer service requires patience and professionalism, qualities that seem to be lacking in her approach.

The only reason I come to the store is because it is right up the street from my house and I do not driveP And I’ve been to the store many times before and everyone is usually pretty friendly, but this guy was exceptionally out of character for this store. Not only did he seem to be more concerned with the fact that the sore was closing soon, but he was also tossing around packages as soon as he taped them up and got them ready to be sent out. I sent out an iPhone and I certainly hope he did not toss my package around because that is an expensive piece of equipment.
