What's absolute garbage and PURE LAZINESS is that I left a note with my phone number and said I would come to the gate and get them. NOW I HAVE TO LEAVE WORK EARLY TO GET MY PACKAGES AND THATS TIME I LOSE ON MY PAYCHECK BECAUSE THEIR MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM IS ACTUAL GARBAGE!!!!!! And the best part is: No one can answer the damn phone.
