- RPryan st. pierre2 days ago1.0Useless. Will tell you they’ll help but they do not. Said they’d call me when the package was close to my house, they did not. Told they would hold the package for me at the shipping location, they did not.Drove 30 min to the shipping location for pick up and they refused to help me. Didn’t look it up with a tracking number. All I have to do is call back into fedex and they tell me my tracking number! Disgusting work ethic 03/09/2026 6:24pm

- DRDanielys RodriguezFeb 10, 20261.0Horrible service!! Waiting on a medication for my son and no knock or doorbell ranged in order to alert that the driver it’s outside. Called 4 times and was told driver is coming back to deliver package doesnt come. Even spoke to a supervisor who told me would escalate and driver would be back. Called a 5th time spoke to Francisco and now told since theyre closed cant deliver i have to drive (which is an hour away) and pick up. But here the catch i show up and theyre closed like he stated reason why cant return to my home and deliver it! Or again wait till tomorrow and hopefully not the same incompetent driver is doing the same shit again. Waste of my time. Also how incompetent are you, Driver!! Not a silly package something really important. If my son ends up in the hospital who’s gonna be there to accept the consequences of their stupid employee failing at their job. DO BETTER FEDEX!!!!!!!!!
