So I took it down the street to another UPS shipping affiliate and they accepted the package with no problem. Colorism at its best. I will probably never go to this location ever again.

I signalled to the employees that the time was still active for the store and waited a long time to see if they would open the door and accept the mail or at least apologized. Three employees just stared and did nothing. Not even came to the door. Just blank and rude faces! The owner should be aware of this, that their store was not open to the hours that it and UPS indicate on the website. I rarely posted a negative thing on any commerce in my life but this for a UPS store that I have used for many years! That shows how unsatisfactory the experience. FedEx would take you over if this kind of service is what you can give !
