When I arrived to the location and taking the tyres out the car a second time the associate at the front desk said that they do not do package there. And gave me an address to another location at the Port St Lucie Blvd address to go to. Did I say I was on my lunch break and had to go to the other location which was approximately 20 minutes away. When I got to that location the associate at that location said that that could have done the same thing at the previous office I just left. I already had my shipping label printed. Needless to say I was not happy to hear that. A waste of my time and stress because I work in St. Lucie West and was late getting back to work. Very disappointed by this experience with this store.
