- MAMaya ANov 11, 20251.0This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I came in for a simple, standard task printing a sample of my business card and it turned into over an hour of confusion and dismissive behavior. The first employee helping me left midway through, and the second employee with long hair was condescending, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. He acted like I was the problem while giving contradicting instructions. First telling me to resend my file without the markings, then printing the version with the markings anyway. When I tried to clarify, he spoke to me in a smug, impatient tone that only made things worse. I followed every instruction, resized and fixed my design right there on the spot, and still wasn’t given clear or consistent help. What should have taken 15 minutes became a chaotic, stressful experience that left me feeling disrespected and dismissed. The manager eventually explained things more clearly, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from that employee were unacceptable.

No, gotta take it to the other FedEx across town, they can't ship drill batteries at their store, but he did me a "favor" and printed the label, which just confuses the other FedEx shipping center
