- MOMichael OmearaDec 2, 20251.0Changing this five-star review to a one-star after finding out that the guy at the desk sent my package to the wrong house he added an extra digit in the address and now it's stuck out in Louisiana and no one can help me not the person on the phone not even the person behind the desk was up there for over 40 minutes today and got absolutely nothing accomplished they told me just sit at home and wait seriously people you don't do whatever it takes to get the job done then I will never use this company again adding a photo of the receipt so you can at least try this time to do something about it

I came in for a simple, standard task printing a sample of my business card and it turned into over an hour of confusion and dismissive behavior. The first employee helping me left midway through, and the second employee with long hair was condescending, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. He acted like I was the problem while giving contradicting instructions. First telling me to resend my file without the markings, then printing the version with the markings anyway. When I tried to clarify, he spoke to me in a smug, impatient tone that only made things worse. I followed every instruction, resized and fixed my design right there on the spot, and still wasn’t given clear or consistent help. What should have taken 15 minutes became a chaotic, stressful experience that left me feeling disrespected and dismissed. The manager eventually explained things more clearly, but the attitude and lack of professionalism from that employee were unacceptable.
