  Horrible! Slowest location. They have people sitting around when the line for checkout wraps around with only one cashier. Horrible management for sure.

  I placed an order with the print department. I checked online to see if the order (that was supposed to be ready at noon time) was done. Online it said I couldn't pick it up until 8:30 in the evening. I called to see if it was ready and waited over 16 minutes on hold. The person who finally answered the phone said they could not check on the order or put my phone call to the print department because they were too busy. The associate said to me that they need more help there. I couldn't agree more. Staples, it's about time you employed some more people to help those of us who are trying to place orders and get work done. Do better Staples. And your employees are wonderful people but they're stressed out!

  I came into Staples expecting the usual quick grab-and-go tech purchase… and instead I had the single best customer service from Andre's. First of all, the guy didn’t just sell me a laptop, he practically adopted the mission of making sure I left with the right one. I walked in confused, overwhelmed and Andre's calmly broke everything down, explained the differences without the tech jargon overload, and somehow translated my vague “I just want it to be fast and not explode when I open too many things” into the perfect laptop recommendation. He told me about their plan and helped me with setting it all up. What really stood out was the patience and energy. No rushing, no sales pressure, just someone who genuinely wanted to help. By the time I walked out, my laptop was ready to go and I actually understood how to use it. Honestly, if every tech purchase had an Andre's involved, the world would be a much less frustrating place. Staples, give this guy a raise!!! Andre's turned what could’ve been a confusing, stressful purchase into one of the easiest and most helpful shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. 10/10 — Would absolutely trust Andre's with my future tech decisions again.

  The line to get service in the Printing area at Staples is ridiculous, you stand in line for over 20 minutes and the line is very long, they only have 2 persons working in that area. The management doesn't seem to be doing anything to solve the problem, I even suggested hiring more people for that area and was told that they only have 2 people. Don't plan to do anything else that day, but stand in line when you go there.
